Requirements for packages weighing more than 450 grams (16 oz.)

Requirements implemented to comply with recent security measures established by the government of the United States of America for sending packages via air mail weighing more than 450 grams.

1)    Envelopes or packages must be presented open for inspection as they usually have.

2)    For individuals:

•        Official ID: IFE credential or Passport.
•       Proof of residence of sender: utilities bills; must be less than three months old.

3)     Companies:

•        Official ID: IFE credential or passport.

•        Proof of residence of sender: utilities bills; must be less than three months old.

•       Letter signed by a Human Resources representative certifying the sender Works for the company.

4)    Fill out and sign the declaration provided by this postal office titled “Sender’s situation for packages weighing over 450 grams”.

5)     Packages containing toner, ink cartridges or the like or any of the articles already prohibited will not be received.
